Sketch day!

Sketching is a big part of my creative process. It helps me figure out how colors will work together and help me find the right values in hues and the right amounts of shading.

This sketch of a pretty red mushroom help me put my idea on paper and it help me with finding the right color for the shading of the red top. The final product in this jewelry piece is a little bit different from the sketch, but all of the main components are there.
